fvwm-crystal (3.3.1+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * About seven years ago, fvwm-crystal changed its default configuration
    directory from ~/.fvwm to ~/.fvwm-crystal. The Debian package
    contained a patch to revert this change. From version 3.3.1, this
    patch has been removed. Therefore, you need to move your configuration
    files from ~/.fvwm to ~/.fvwm-crystal for fvwm-crystal to continue to
    use your custom configuration. Also have a look on the previous NEWS
    entry if you upgrade from a version older than 3.0.6.

fvwm-crystal (3.2.5+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * This new version requires some major to your configuration
    files. Since 3.0.6, most environment variables were modified to change
    any `-` to `_`. To help you to do the conversion, there is a
    `varfix.sh` script in `/usr/share/doc/fvwm-crystal/examples` that can
    help you to do the conversion. It will only convert variables used by
    FVWM-Crystal. For Debian, there is no need to convert your own
    variables. Use the following command-line:

      find ~/.fvwm -type f -exec /usr/share/doc/fvwm-crystal/examples/varfix.sh {} \;
