Usage: $PROGRAM_NAME <options>

Options:

  --ignore  -i  Use IGNORE for INSERT statements
  --replace -r  Use REPLACE instead of INSERT statements

Option types: s=string, i=integer, f=float, h/H/a/A=comma-separated list, d=DSN, z=size, m=time

Rules:

  --ignore and --replace are mutually exclusive.
